Welcome to Codsans. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Codsans provides website design, UI/UX, Seo, Graphic Design, Blog writing and web development services.
Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a written agreement or proposal shared with the client.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
2. Payments & Refunds
Clients agree to pay the fees as outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Payments are usually structured as advance + milestone-based installments.
Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Refunds are not applicable once the work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of Codsans until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
Codsans may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required materials may extend project deadlines.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Confidentiality
Codsans agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.
Likewise, clients agree not to disclose Codsans’s pricing, processes, or proprietary materials to third parties.
6. Liability
Codsans is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publishing.
7. Revisions & Support
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included.
Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges.
Post-launch support will be provided as per the maintenance or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) agreement, if applicable.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.
In case of termination, the client will be billed for completed work up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
